Here’s a brief overview:

Warranty Coverage

•  Residential: The 15-year warranty applies for as long as you own the residence. If you sell your home, the warranty is transferable to new homeowners. The new homeowners must submit a new warranty registration within 30 days of taking ownership and contact Rock Solid Coatings by emailing a warranty transfer request. Since new homeowners do not have the original receipt, a representative will respond via email to confirm the transfer and may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

•  Commercial: The 10-year warranty covers installations for flake, quartz, and metallic finishes.

•  Protection: Our systems are 100% UV stable, preventing fading or yellowing. Under normal wear and tear, failures resulting from the product, such as chipping, peeling, or delaminating, are covered. Moisture-related failures are also covered, provided the product itself is failing and not the underlying concrete, and the damage was not caused by neglect.
